Balanced diet // Are You Having Your 3-a-day?
A major part of caring for your body is through your diet - what you consume. If you don’t eat the right things, where are you going to get your energy and strength from that you need for the day? A poor diet will reflect in your body slowly but surely. A person’s health starts to deteriorate as a result of a poor diet. Just like your physical body, your spiritual body needs it’s daily nutritional intake in order to have strength and power that it needs in order to function in the way it is meant to. Where do we get this from?
We get it from our 3-a-day: Worship, Prayer and the Word of God. When you exercise these three things each and everyday, not only will you grow spiritually but you will come into alignment with God. Your relationship with God is only as strong as your communication with Him, intimacy you create between Him and yourself and your devotion towards Him.
In the next three messages we will be dissecting each of the three components that make up our balanced diet as believers in Christ.

I pray that I will start to become hungry to worship, hungry to pray and hungry to understand your Word every single day. In Jesus’ name,
